Is Pornhub blocked in Colorado?
No. Colorado has no age-verification law for porn sites, and no bill is moving as of October 26, 2026.
Colorado has no law requiring adult websites to verify visitors' ages: a 2025 bill (SB25-201) stalled on the Senate floor, and a 2026 proposed constitutional amendment (HCR26-1002) was postponed indefinitely in committee. In June 2026 Colorado enacted SB26-051, which from July 1, 2028 requires device operating systems to collect a user's age at setup and pass an age-bracket signal to apps. Major adult sites are not blocked in Colorado.
The rules

Is there an age-verification law in Colorado?
No. Colorado has no law requiring porn sites to verify visitors' ages.
Is it illegal to watch porn in Colorado?
No. Colorado has no age-verification law for porn sites, and watching legal adult content is not a crime there.
Separate state and federal laws on obscenity and child sexual abuse material apply everywhere, whatever a state's age-verification rules.
Why does Pornhub think I'm in Kansas?
Websites estimate where you are from your IP address, not your street address. Mobile carriers and some internet providers route traffic through regional hubs that can sit across a state line, so a phone in Colorado can appear to be in Kansas.
When a site shows another state's notice, the cause is usually where your network's IP address is registered, not the law where you are.

From July 1, 2028, operating-system providers that run or preinstall an app store must ask for a birth date, age or age bracket at device account setup and give apps an age-bracket signal through a real-time API; covered apps must request it. Devices set up before that date must get the age interface by January 1, 2029. Attorney General enforcement: up to $2,500 per minor harmed by a negligent violation and $7,500 per intentional violation. Open-license operating systems are exempt. It does not require websites to verify visitors' ages. Enacted: signed 2026-06-03 (Session Laws 2026, ch. 343); takes effect 2028-07-01
